During this summer Alex, one of our local flyers, thought he needed more air. So, with help of both myself and other local flyer Marcus, the kite ramp was born.
After consulting with The Park's authorities and making all the necessary safety checks, work began on making a ramp for Kitevibe. Made out of marine plywood and fitted with wheels to the base for easy transport, the ramp got its first airing a few weeks later.
Whilst not a permanent fixture, the ramp now only gets brought out when the conditions are right and is obviously only attempted by those with serious safety gear and kiting insurance.
